“Late arrival”
They were four hours late and despite keeping contact with us, the time of arrival shifted three times. The agreed time was 07:00, then it became 09:00 and changed two more times before their arrival at 11:00. That changed all our plans. Apart from that the move went well and we encountered no breakages.

My furniture, boxes and other items were treated with utmost care and respect. 4 friendly and respectful guys pitched up at my door at 7am and by 9.15am my belongings had been offloaded at my new home 10km away, leaving me the rest of the day to settle in. They arrive 3.5 hours late apparently because the previous customer move was difficult with stairs and he did not mention it

They were extremely late and we had to keep following up. Also they packed everything up fine but due to the rain , when they offloaded the furniture 3 big items were damaged. My dinning room table , my fridge plug was broken and one of my recliner couches were damaged.

We started with bakki, trailer and 2people, now we have 6 big trucks and staff up to 12
What makes your services standout?
We handle furniture with care. Payment is made on the day of the move. We don't collect customers deposits. We are always on time at the agreed time. Most of our clients are referals from satisfied customers.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Check for references before selecting a mover. When moving label your boxes for easy distribution to rooms at the new location.
